I participated in organizing first boat rondevousz on our new grand opening of the Chicago river walk. This is with intentions of getting our stand alone boat show in September. Tbis was done in association with the city and the Chicago yachting Association. I of coarse brought Marianne our 50' Chris Constellation and my Aristocraft Nineteen AKA Disco Duck and a nive variety of others which were generous enough to attend in light of this less than desirable weather. #missmarianne

Cinderella Update: I've been going through all my old Hurricane Matthew posts here and saving them for maybe a future book. There is so much that you guys didn't see or know, but my only written journal of the events was here in this group. There is a zillion people here that helped me as you guys have seen … but on this day, the day that I gave up on it all … nobody knows what turned that around. It was because Casey Seidl (a complete stranger to me other than the few weeks I had been in this group) picked up the phone, and drug me out from under that dark cloud. I haven't seen this post since the day I posted it.
