Albert, do you seal over the caulk and wipe it off, or carefully apply (foam brush?)….or?
No it will wear off the caulk lines. As pictured, i use open cell foam 6″ roller and back brush everything. This sealer can be wiped also but i dont do that.
Has the lake opened up yet for you guys? We’re still frozen solid

Love that tone I have been thinking of a change,time to do a deep scrub anyway,how long between apps remember I am covered. Does it clean easily for a recoat when its time?
