I had a high water situation with a boat once. The water came up and the boat drifted over a stump and when the water went back down, the boat was impaled on the stump. The boat was a 36′ Trojan. Dewatering and refloating the boat didn’t get it off the stump and it was too far away from shore to get a crane on it. It was a mess.

Even a roof patching tar and oakum or batten just till you get her on the hard to check out the damage, make sure you have a gas water pump just incase you electric pumps cannot keep up once she is floating. Schedule the haul out same day you float and tow. I’m in Vancouver Canada otherwise I would assist.

You must patch temporary from the outside. I have seen inner tube rubber used and adhesive or nails until you can move her … With your pump going you should be able to get her to the marina slings or large barge…
