Roll Off spray or Soft Scrub with bleach.
I put soft scrub with bleach on and let it sit about 2 hours,scrub and rinse.
i use soft scrub with bleach. not on the glass or painted surfaces, it scratches
They now make vinyl spray finish if the above does not work.
I have found Scrubbing Bubbles (on a suggestion from someone else) takes most everything off. Works great on spider poop.

Spray TY-LEX an they’ll fade away. It’s a bathroom type cleaner with bleach. It must be dry when you spray it on. Used this for years.
DuPont vynal dye in a quart can ,spray 3 coats at 35 psi

Generous amount of dishwashing liquid and 1/2 cup of white vinegar in a pail with water.

A good version of hydrogen peroxide will do the trick too. Oddly that is what we use to get stains out of carpets. I also use it to get blood and other stains out of clothes.

Clorox clean up takes it right off then treat it with 333 vinyl conditioner you can buy at autozone

If they are leaf stains (tannins) then rust remover will take it right off and won’t hurt the vinyl. So will toilet bowl cleaner, but do not let toilet bowl cleaner touch the stainless.
Purple power from Walmart or bout n e parts store and dollar stores works good for cleaning anything!!!!
Dollar stores sell a non bleach stuff called AWESOME….it’s only a buck…..it cleans amazingly well.
Bar keepers friend rust stains leaf stains nothing is better ! Found it at dollar store !

Did you try go jo hand cleaner that stuff cleanings fiberglass very good also but not the kind with pumas

strip that mast! it is beautiful Mahogany under there. I dont know why CC ever painted them, ut I stripped mine, it made all the difference

Natulux used to make a paint I used it on a old canvas cabin top,this was 30 years ago it got me high(working in a building in 85 deg day) hard to brush but the results were better than the see spot run u are up aganst

SEM spray for vinyl. Mask off and spray. Wash then rinse, wipe with alcohol, then no wind, spray.
