So I took the giant gaudy artwork down (have room for a TV) and rearranged the salon furniture… Got rid of one table that had a giant heavy drapery fabric tablecloth with a zillion tassels (it was gone so fast I didn't even get a picture of it)… Salon is a lot better in regards to not near as much busy stuff, well just not near as much stuff in general. #boatwithnoname

Keep it that way and you will have many years of enjoyment . Had a buddy who had 57 foot Connie up in Boston and it was the same .. Loved that style ! ” Catherine ” back in the 90’s was the pride of the Marina !

Well, I guess I am a bit in the minority here…My parents lived on their vessel for 14 years and was decorated as THEIR home, which it was…it looked and felt like home. They took her everywhere for weekends and/or just traveling…but it was still their home. It had al the fixings that you just didn’t care for and it was home to them…I am not saying that your vessel is not nice the way you have changed it, but not a home and apparently, you do quite a bit of entertaining and it is set up for such…but, to me, it is a boat and not a home…Just a difference in taste and I, by no means, am trying to dilute your fine boat…I just prefer some of the other things too.
