So we’ve had a freak cold snap come through in Texas .. do they all do this and drip all over the floor?? … It’s probably 45 degrees outside and 70° on the boat…. Missing the old-style wooden portholes right now!!!!

They sure do!
That happened on our Constellation and the temperature difference wasn’t even that drastic.
My Commander did
Yup.
Nature’s watermaker
The cast aluminum is cold enough that it is condensing moisture in the boat. A dehumidifier will help. Same effect as a glass of ice water sweating.
Damn …. I miss the old round wooden portholes!!!!
Looks like time to find some vintage boat parts maybe?
yes… i close off vents in winter with metal tape from inside seems to help..
Mine does the same thing no real good fix I’ve seen a piece of canvas made for the top with like insulation in it that snapped in guy said it worked
Dehumidifier?
Doesn’t matter if the are wood or not. When its warm inside and cold outside its called condensation. I cant see out most of my windows
Dehumidifier works great, they also generate a lot of heat, it is like rewerese boiling for each liter of water you condensate it generates 2,260 kJ/kg heat. Ours generates about 2-3 liters of water per hour and uses 600W but generates heat same as a 2000W heater. So we also run it underway.
Condensation, should have window open or ajar both sides front and back. In my Mind
Two of these pretty much keep the boat at 70° when it’s 40 outside and keep the condensation off the windows, I’ve got a third one I could put up in the bow?
