New linen wall! So the padded floral fabric wall is still padded and fabric … But the floral is gone!!! There's only plywood behind it all, so maybe someday way in the future it'll be mahogany or something nicer?? They had custom-made piping to match the fabric around the edges. I haven't decided exactly on the piping but I'm thinking maybe even just a nautical type small plain rope?? #boatwithnoname

Pulling up carpet and I actually kind of like the original floor in the master head. What are the odds that I can either sand or clean the varnish drips off of that floor? And someone cut it back at the door so Albert I’m going to need a pretty little wooden transition piece. #boatwithnoname

This is the master stateroom and I’m so bummed that there is not mahogany behind all that floral. Will probably just go over the floral with a beige linen. I’m sure there was mahogany on that back wall originally, some interior designer needs to be shot for that!!! #boatwithnoname

The guy that painted this boat last, somewhere around 20 YEARS AGO

Somewhere within a thread of a thread of a picture I posted, we were talking about the hull of this boat. I personally talked to the guy that painted this boat last, somewhere around 20 YEARS AGO. He V groved the seams and then painted it with an epoxy type, 2 part paint (Interlux 800). I finally got enough spiders, mud daubers and duck poop off the top side of the boat that today I actually washed the starboard hull with soap in a bucket and a brush. And this is what it looks like after all the dirt and film is gone. #boatwithnoname

So I took the giant gaudy artwork down (have room for a TV) and rearranged the salon furniture… Got rid of one table that had a giant heavy drapery fabric tablecloth with a zillion tassels (it was gone so fast I didn't even get a picture of it)… Salon is a lot better in regards to not near as much busy stuff, well just not near as much stuff in general. #boatwithnoname
